Hi, I'm Joy.
I spent 13 years at Starbucks as a marketer — launching Starbucks Rewards, rolling out in-store WiFi, and managing whole bean coffee sales — then started my own consultancy specializing in customer reward programs.
Why I'm offering these workshops
Watching my own teenager motivated me to earn a teaching certificate in business, marketing, and career education. After teaching career ed at a Seattle public high school, I kept hearing the same thing from students: finding a job is hard (especially when you're under 18), and sticking to a budget is even harder. So here we are!
